Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with product inquiries and orders.
  • Provide quotes, process transactions, and support account managers.

Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment

  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Track inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
  • Handle returns and exchanges.
  • Perform local deliveries.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain records of sales, shipments, and inventory.
  • Use business software for order entry and tracking of orders, returns and inventory adjustments.
