Customer Service and Support

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Assist walk-in and phone customers with product inquiries and orders.
Provide quotes, process transactions, and support account managers.

Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment

Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments.
Track inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
Handle returns and exchanges.
Perform local deliveries.

Administrative Support

Maintain records of sales, shipments, and inventory.
Use business software for order entry and tracking of orders, returns and inventory adjustments.
